Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information QuietPage (operated by Noiseless Capital LLC) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain because we collect very little.
1. The short version
- We collect your email address when you request a sample or contact us, and the details you type into our forms.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- We do not sell your personal information, ever.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time: hello@quietpage.co.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the sample-request form or the contact form, we collect the email address and any name, organization, or message you provide.
- Purchase information. When you buy a license, Stripe collects your payment and billing details to process the transaction and shares with us the confirmation, your email, and non-sensitive order details (not your full card number).
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the sample pack, files, and license documentation you request.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To process and confirm your purchase, and issue invoices or refunds.
- To keep the site secure and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run QuietPage, and only as needed. Each processes data under its own privacy terms:
| Provider | What it does |
| Stripe | Processes card payments and stores billing data securely. |
| Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script) | Stores the email addresses and messages submitted through our forms. |
| Vercel | Hosts the website and serves it to your browser. |
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies & analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking analytics. We use only the minimal, functional storage needed for the site to work (for example, remembering that a pop-up was already shown during your visit). Payment and hosting providers may set their own strictly necessary cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and support you — and then we delete or anonymize them. You can request deletion sooner (see below).
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
- Access / deletion. Email hello@quietpage.co and we'll help.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- EU/UK (GDPR). Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you (delivering what you buy or request) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
- Marketing email. We only email you what you ask for or what's needed to complete your order. Any promotional email we might send will include an unsubscribe link, per the CAN-SPAM Act.
8. Children's privacy
QuietPage creates materials for children, but this website and our licenses are marketed to and purchased by adults — daycare, preschool, and clinic operators. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reputable providers (Stripe, Google, Vercel) and serve the site over encrypted HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to it.
10. International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
