Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the QuietPage Schools website and your purchase and use of a QuietPage institutional print license. By buying a license or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

QuietPage ("QuietPage," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Noiseless Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@quietpage.co or by mail at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. What we sell

We sell commercial print licenses to QuietPage's library of screen-free, printable children's activity materials ("Materials"). A license is a right to use the Materials — it is not a sale of the Materials themselves, and it is not a physical product. Delivery is digital: you receive PDF files and your license documentation by download and/or email.

We currently offer two license tiers:

The detailed rights, permissions, and restrictions are set out in your License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms. If the License Agreement and these Terms conflict on a licensing question, the License Agreement controls.

3. Your license — what you may and may not do

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliance. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If your center pays by invoice or purchase order, contact us at hello@quietpage.co.

5. Delivery

Access to your files and license documentation is provided digitally, typically immediately after successful payment (by download link and/or email). If you have not received access within a reasonable time, email hello@quietpage.co and we will make it right.

6. Refunds & 14-day guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the license isn't right for your center, email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@quietpage.co and we will refund your payment in full. Because the Materials are digital and delivered immediately, we ask that you stop using and delete the files upon receiving a refund. This guarantee is our voluntary policy and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

QuietPage and Noiseless Capital LLC retain all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Materials, the QuietPage name, and the QuietPage brand. Your license grants you the specific usage rights described above and in the License Agreement — it does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

The Materials and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. QuietPage materials are educational and recreational and are not a substitute for professional, medical, or therapeutic advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noiseless Capital LLC and QuietPage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Materials or the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Materials will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site or the Materials after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
